Description:    7.5m² In-roof Flat Plate Solar Thermal System; -

This installation is on a new home located in Co. Galway.

This project consists of the installation of a 7.5m² In-roof Flat Plate Solar Thermal System with a 300 litre stainless steel pressurised cylinder.

The panels are located on the front (south facing) roof. The system provides about 70% of the households annual hot water requirements.

Notes:
The owner of this system also has a geothermal heat pump to provide space heating and hot water support during the winter months.
